Our company has conducted fact-finding and cause-finding investigations both internally and by the Special Investigation Committee regarding the inappropriate periodic testing of brake and suspension parts manufactured at our Yamanashi Plant (Minami-Alps City, Yamanashi Prefecture) and Fukushima Plant (Koori Town, Date District, Fukushima Prefecture), which were announced on December 22, 2021. We have announced the investigation results, cause analysis, and recurrence prevention measures on May 19, 2023.
