The MFJ All Japan Road Race Championship Round 3 was held at Sportsland Sugo Circuit, Miyagi on May 22-23. In the ST1000 class, Watanabe secured pole position in the qualifiers before going on to win the deciding race. This marks the first win for Astemo Honda Dream SI Racing. Sakumoto, who finished in 8th place in the qualifying round, made a remarkable leap in the deciding race to 3rd place, earning a spot on the podium. In the JSB1000 class, Race 1 on Saturday was cancelled due to poor visibility caused by heavy fog. Race 2 was held on Sunday, and Kiyonari finished on the podium in 3rd place.
