The MFJ All Japan Road Race Championship Round 4 was held at Tsukuba Circuit, Ibaraki Prefecture on June 19-20. This race was for the ST1000 class only. In Race 1 on Saturday, Sakumoto finished in 2nd place and Watanabe finished in 3rd place, earning a double podium finish for two consecutive races. In Race 2 on Sunday, Watanabe had to retire due to some troubles, but Sakumoto was able to push through from 9th place for a spectacular finish in 1st place. In the series ranking, Sakumoto is currently in 1st place, followed by Watanabe in 2nd place.
