On April 2-3, the opening round of the All Japan Road Race Championship Series kicked off at Mobility Resort Motegi (Tochigi Prefecture). Despite the chilly weather, over 200 employees and their families came out to support the race. The #39 Muklada rode valiantly race in the fierce ST600 class with 40 entries, finishing 14th and scoring points. In the JSB1000 class, #27 Sakumoto showed tenacity in Race 1 and finished 6th, but in Race 2 he crashed on the last lap and regretfully retired. In ST1000 class, #1 driver Watanabe showed a great performance as returning champion, but due to a penalty added, he finished 6th.
