Despite a difficult race, Astemo REAL RACING finishes 10th and gains valuable points

Round 4 of the 2022 SUPER GT at Fuji Speedway was held on August 6–7.
The circuit was covered in fog from the morning, and the temperature did not rise significantly, which was unusual for mid-summer weather. For qualifying, Tsukakoshi took on Q1 with determined fervor, but unfortunately could not advance to Q2.
In the 450km race, Matsushita started the race from 14th on the grid, and his aggressive driving paid off by jumping up three positions. On the 20th lap, the team made its first pit stop and only refueled, without changing drivers or tires. Returning to the course, Matsushita battled his rivals while managing tire wear. On the 58th lap, he made his second pit stop and switched off with Tsukakoshi.
Tsukakoshi struggled to close the gap with the leaders, but was able to finish in 10th, with Astemo REAL RACING gaining invaluable points in the championship.
