Recovery from a crash for the first season win! Heading to the final round with the championship in sight

Round 7 of the 2022 SUPER GT at AUTOPOLIS, held on October 1–2, saw some twists and turns that culminated in a narrow, yet triumphant victory.
During the official practice session, the team had a crash that caused serious damage to the machine only 3.5 hours before the qualifying session. After a valiant effort by the team mechanics, the machine was ready in time for qualifying. Driver Matsushita, entrusted with the team's hopes, gave his all to advance to Q2, while Tsukakoshi in Q2 further improved his time to finish the qualifying in 4th.
In the race, Matsushita took on the first stint and kept his pace and position. He passed car No. 19 (WedsSports ADVAN GR Supra), running in front of him after the Full Course Yellow to jump up to 3rd. After 24 laps, the team made a perfect pit stop and sent the machine back out into the field in 2nd place. Tsukakoshi gradually increased his pace while adeptly managing tire wear, ultimately taking the checkered flag amidst a tightly contested battle.
Despite crashing the day before, the team worked together to grab their first win of the season. Entering the final round in third, we're only four points behind the leader for the series championship, so we appreciate your ongoing support!.
