Podium finishes for JSB1000 and ST1000 classes

Round 3 of the 2023 MFJ All Japan Road Race Championship (JRR) season was held at the Sportsland SUGO (Miyagi) on May 20-21.
A total of over 190 employees and family members from Miyagi Prefecture, Akita, Fukushima, Tochigi, and Nagano came to support the race.
In the JSB1000 class Race 1 final held on May 20th, #36 Ryo Mizuno made a good start from 5th position and passed two riders in on the 4th lap to take the checkered flag in 3rd position, his first 3rd-place podium finish this season.
In the ST1000 class, #1 Kazuma Watanabe started from 2nd position, but a three-way battle for 2nd place with Kunii and Kunimine unfolded until the last lap, when Kunimine passed him at the chicane on the last lap to drop to 3rd. However, from the exit of the final corner to the control line, he overtook Kunimine to finish on the podium at 2nd.
In the ST600 class, #31 Brupa, who started from 23rd position in Race 1 held on the May 20th, steadily overtook the bike in front and took the checkered flag in 19th place despite this being his first run in Sugo, where the weather and track conditions fluctuate.
