Tokyo, September 9, 2014 --- Hitachi Automotive Systems, Ltd., together with HUECO Automotive GmbH, a subsidiary of the Hitachi Automotive Systems responsible for the manufacture and sale of parts for the company's automotive repair and aftermarket parts business in Europe, today announced that they will be participating in Automechanika Frankfurt 2014, to be held at the Messe Frankfurt in Frankfurt, Germany from Tuesday September 16th to Saturday September 20th. The Hitachi Automotive Systems Group will be introducing a wide range of aftermarket products at the event.
For further advancement of electronic control and electric drive products, in the three areas of the environment and safety, and information which creates value in the form of security, convenience and comfort, Hitachi Automotive Systems is using its superiority in electronics technologies in a Group-wide focus on development in the four system businesses of engine management systems, electric powertrain systems, drive control systems, and car information systems. Hitachi Automotive Systems is handling a wide range of products that include airflow sensors, ignition coils and shock absorbers, all of which utilize the company's technology built up over its many years of developing automotive equipment.
The Automechanika Frankfurt 2014 is one of the world’s largest aftermarket trade fairs, with over 4,500 companies participating. In order to expand their aftermarket business globally, Hitachi Automotive Systems is striving to penetrate into the European market and gain brand recognition through their exhibition in this trade fair.
Hitachi Automotive Systems and HUECO Automotive GmbH will be exhibiting an extensive line-up of aftermarket products being deployed by the Hitachi Automotive Systems Group with a 150m2 display located at Stand E60 in Hall 3.0.
