Tokyo, February 22, 2021 --- As previously reported, the Fukushima Plant (Koorimachi, Date-gun) in Japan was damaged by the earthquake that struck off the coast of Fukushima Prefecture on February 13, 2021.
Due to the efforts of an expert team and the support of our OEM customers, certain operations that have been suspended since February 15 began to resume production on February 20, gradually ramping up pace on February 21.
We will continue to work closely with our OEM customers towards returning to full production as quickly and safely as possible.
