■Comments from team directors

Astemo REAL RACING
Katsutomo Kaneishi, Director
The 2023 season saw an increase in the number of 450-km races, and although we struggled in some, we gained a lot overall. 2024 will be a new season with Koudai Tsukakoshi, our ace driver for the 16th year, and Honda's top young driver, Kakunoshin Ohta, will join our team. I am looking forward to seeing how they will stimulate each other and what kind of chemistry they will create. In addition, the car will be changed to a CIVIC TYPE R-GT. I believe that the more changes we make, the more we will be able to test our team's strength. We must become an even more competitive team with the speed of the car, strategies, and team strength. To prove that our team has become stronger, we will fight as a team to win the series title in 2024, and we ask for your continued support.

We are very pleased to be working with Hitachi Astemo again in 2024.The 2023 season, under the new organization, was a year in which our past efforts bore fruit, as Kazuma Watanabe won his third consecutive championship and Ryo Mizuno was able to win two consecutive races. For the 2024 season, the motorcycle will be upgraded to a new model. In addition, both the riders and the team will evolve to create a system that is more capable of winning than ever before. We will continue to work closely with Hitachi Astemo in the coming season to further improve our technical and team capabilities and aim for championships in various categories. We look forward to your continued support and encouragement.
